THE CHRISTIANS-MUSLIMS STRUGGLE FOR PEACE CO-EXISTANCE

Interfaith cooperation can make major contribution for peace in Tanzania, especially in the matters which ensure to preserve the religious tolerance tendency.

What both Christians and Muslims in Tanzania, need to take it seriously, is that, interfaith collaboration for peace , is only possible, when there is peaceful co-existence between them regardless their theological and doctrinal differences they have.

Politicians, have, now days, succeeded in giving a religious color any thing that can guarantee their political benefit

Collaborative programmes for peace in our society at grass root level, as well as on national level, need to be evolved. Such collaborative peace programmes would only be meaningful, if the programmes aimed at peace co-existence between adherents of the various religious are run concurrently.

Below is an article about the Peace Forum organized by the Christians-Muslims Youth Peace Forum Committee.
